Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within New York, please
add 8.675% sales tax.
Shipping:
All
items are shipped at buyers choice. These
may take up to 3 - 5 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Insurance is included on all UPS shipments as we will not be responsible
for lost or stolen packages. Personalized Screen Printed
glassware takes 2 weeks. If you can pickup the merchandise
from our Wantagh, N.Y. showroom, choose "PICKUP" on
the order form, under shipping and we'll call you when it's
ready.
At this time, items are shipped mainly
within the United States. International
Shipping via UPS & FEDEX is NOW available to limited countries. See order form
in online store for details.
UNWRAPPED
Only online! Items:
These delicate or heavy
items ordered via this online store are shipped unwrapped directly to
your door from our distributor by UPS Ground. Boxes are
usually included for free on most items, but gift tags are not. Normal shipping
time is about one - two weeks ( for West Coast, USA). Otherwise, these can be wrapped
and picked up from our Wantagh, NY showroom location.
Handling Fee:
A small fee has
been added to all shipments to cover packaging expenses.
Orders:
Are to be placed via the Product Shopping Cart by specifying item, quantity
needed, wrapping method, wrapping extras, type of Free gift tag, shipping
destination, and method of payment. Information such as
personalization and color choices will be gathered directly in our store. We
may contact you via email if there is additional information that we need. Orders will be started once payment has
been received. Items that are quality inspected may retain a small
identification sticker.
Payments:
We
accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover and now, American Express directly in our store.
Other preferred methods are Money Orders or certified checks
made payable to: Favors with Flair! Personal Checks are also
accepted for in store orders, but there is a 14 day wait until check clears
before orders are started. A $25.00 fee is charged for any
returned checks. Or, send payment via Paypal using our store email address
as the remit-to.
Return/Cancellation Policy:
You have
1 day to cancel your
entire order to receive a full
refund. Damaged merchandise up to 7 days after it has been received will
be accepted for replacements or store credits for
non-screened items provided it retains our sticker or tag on it. No credit or refunds for partial pieces of an
order. No credits or refunds of merchandise intentionally damaged by the
buyer. No refunds on any personalized merchandise. Returns after
1 day - subject to individual review. Please call us for approval and if
there is an applicable "re-stocking fee".
Otherwise,
returns/exchanges are NOT accepted after 7 days after receipt.
NOTE: For Screen Printed Glassware, it is NOT possible to replace
damaged pieces. We can only offer you a credit. Please be sure to order
enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
Due Date & Shipping
Policy: Please allow at least
1-2 weeks for your
order to be filled, once payment has been received. This will
allow us sufficient time to add all the extra touches.
